Intermediate Book Club

Intermediate Book Club: 2011 - 2012

This book club is open to students from Grade 4 - 7 and will run from October until June.  We will meet on the first Friday of each month during the school year from 3:30 - 4:30. 

Please register at the library.

Children will be able to choose books from our book club selection (coming soon) or read one of their own choices.  Join us for a fun discussion, word and creative writing games as well as help on writing short reviews of your books.  These reviews will then be published on our library's webpage.        

Information meeting- Friday September 16th 3:00 - 3:30 pm.  Join us for this first short meeting to find out more about this book club, help choose the books we will be reading, and checkout your first book.

Meeting dates- For the rest of the school year we will meet from 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm on the first Friday of each month.  A small fruit or veggie snack will be provided with pizza for our December and June book clubs!

• April 13th (2nd Friday due to Easter)

• June 1st - This will be our last meeting.  The summer book club will commence in mid-July.
