Booking

To book the Community Room or another space in the library, please complete this Facility Use Request. Please submit the form in one of these ways:

Fees

$40 per hour*

$20/hour surcharge for any event or partial event before or after regular library hours (we are open 11-7 Mon-Thu, 11-5 Fri-Sat, & closed Sun)

$40 per day for use of AV equipment*

12% HST applies to all Facility Use fees

*Reduced rates may be available for Registered Charities and non-profit community groups.

Equipment

Equipment included with rental: 6 tables, 50 chairs, lectern, portable whiteboard, flipchart easel, wireless internet, refrigerator, sink and microwave/convection oven.

Equipment available for an extra charge: Projection for laptop, DVD and/or VHS, lectern microphone, wireless headset microphone, Polycom speakerphone**

Laptop, flip-chart paper, markers, stationery, pens/pencils, dishware, cutlery & paper products and food and beverage are not provided.

**Additional fees will be applied for all telephone calls to locations outside the local Whistler calling area.
