Volunteer

Lend a hand by volunteering at the Whistler Public Library. Take part in these rewarding experience and assist others in your community. For more information please call 604.935.8433.

  • DLC Volunteers - Assist in the library's computer lab (the Digital Learning Centre) with making reservations, releasing print jobs and basic computer questions.
  • Shelvers - Sort and reshelve returned materials; clean, dust, straighten and order library collection.

Friends of the Whistler Public Library

Follow your talents and interests, meet new people, and get involved in the community by joining the Friends! Opportunities include volunteering in the library or to aid in fund-raising efforts.

Adopt-a-Book and Adopt-a-Magazine

Contribute the price of an item for the library's collection, in your own or someone else's name. A bookplate is placed in the item for books and other single items, and a sponsor label is visible on the cover of the current issue for magazine.
