When you slow down to notice the sensations and curiosities of the forest, it’s easy to let go of stress and instead find the serenity in each moment.\nLocal Guide Monica Sander Burns from the Society of Trees will lead you on a journey of discovery and awe in this relaxing and restorative experience.\nAll fitness & mobility levels welcome: Forest Bathing is not about getting anywhere, it’s about paying attention to where you are.\nThis program will take place rain or shine, so please dress appropriate to the weather conditions.\nRegistration is required for these sessions!
