And what you can do about it?\nJoin this free 90-minute session to learn about how systems in our workplaces, organizations and communities can create barriers and harms for certain groups.\nLearning objectives:\nThrough stories and real-life examples, participants will learn how to identify systemic discrimination and take action in both the short and long-term. By the end of this session, participants will be able to:\n\nidentify some key elements of systemic discrimination\nexplain systemic and interpersonal discrimination\nunderstand the impacts of systemic discrimination\nidentify who is impacted by systemic discrimination\nidentify where systemic discrimination happens\nnotice systemic discrimination their daily lives\nbegin reflecting on actions they might take\n\nPlease note: this session introduces the topic of systemic discrimination.
