Join local Canadian Mental Health Association Peer Navigator, Karen Hoshino, and North Shore Multicultural Society Settlement Worker, Nazila Safari, to learn more about mental health and wellness resources and supports during the COVID 19 pandemic and beyond. This presentation is open to everyone, especially Newcomers and immigrants on the North Shore.

Free of charge. Everyone is welcome. Registration required by May 5, 5 p.m. Click here to register.
The meeting link and instructions will be emailed to registrants between 5-5:30 p.m. on May 5.
