Whether you're new to journaling or you've kept a journal for years - let’s embrace journaling together. 
Time: 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Repeats: September 20 & 27 and October 4  
Event Details:
This series is an opportunity to connect with others to explore the practice and elements of journaling. Each session will explore a different journaling technique and allow opportunities for sharing inspiration.

September 20: Wild About Me Journaling

In this session we will have some fun reflecting on the past, savouring the present and daydreaming about the future.  Celebrating imagination, inspiration and possibilities!

September 27: Everyday Journaling
In today’s session we explore a variety of practical and reflective journaling practices.  As you delve in and discover what techniques are a good match for you.  You might just find that journaling can be fun and functional!

October 4: Creative Ideas & Expressive Journaling

This session is a simple take on everyday things, emotions and goings on in your life.  Offering an expressive outlet from your heart to your hands, right on to the page opening up space in your mind, shining new light on life as we know it.

 

Registration is required, and space is limited! Email our Program Coordinator, Jeanette, at jbruce@whistlerlibrary.ca to sign up, max two spots per person. You are welcome to sign up for one or more sessions.

This program is intended for adults, and will take place on Zoom.

Journaling has been a life-long passion and continues to offer me a place to express, to confide, to reflect, to dream, and is turning out to be a surprisingly creative outlet for me.  You may know me from the Youth Services Department at Whistler Public Library.
