Jules is delighted to be continuing this series offering a variety of journaling prompts and styles to help you have some fun and get creative with the journaling process! Each session will highlight benefits of journaling and offer a new set of prompts, practices, and creative inspiration for you to start or continue growing your intentional journaling practices.
This workshop is suitable for anyone! It’s a friendly, free-flowing format designed for brand-new or life-long journalers, and everyone in between! 

Our May sessions will feature journaling activities and prompts inspired by the essence and elements of nature! 

May 9: Journaling the Elements  

This session will feature prompts and creative writing exercises inspired by nature’s literary greats, along with some personal reflections of nature’s graces and adventures in the wild.

May 23: Nature Journaling (please note that this session will be 1.5 hours, 3:30 to 5 p.m.)

This session will bring us up close and personal with the simple, wild, and magnificent wonders of nature! Delve into deeper realms of creativity inspired by nature.  We will explore some wildly inspired writing exercises and offer some simple drawing/sketching starter activities.

Journaling has been a life-long passion and continues to offer me a place to express, to confide, to reflect, to dream, and is turning out to be a surprisingly creative outlet for me.  You may know me from the Youth Services Department at Whistler Public Library.
