In March 2023, the National Geographic Society and Lindblad Expeditions selected Carrie Antoniazzi as a Grosvenor Teacher Fellow.
As a Fellow, she has the incredible opportunity to embark on a Lindblad-National Geographic voyage to Antarctica aboard the National Geographic Explorer.
Throughout her expedition, Carrie had hands-on, field-based educational opportunities, as well as a once-in-a-lifetime travel experience that she can use to inform her curriculum and inspire her students to become environmental stewards.
Carrie shared her learning with the community of Squamish in January, and is looking forward to bringing her story to Whistler in March!
