About the presenter:

Sam Roberts is a facilitator, DISC coach, and author. She has spent her career in learning and development, working across 3 countries and countless industries. Sam is on a mission to get 100% of companies to care about employee well-being.

Like many professionals, Sam struggled when she first started working remotely. She couldn’t maintain boundaries between work and home; she suffered an extreme case of burnout, and worried her career would stagnate if she continued to work remotely long-term. Drawing on her HR experience and extensive research, Sam found a way to build a career and life she now loves, right here in Whistler. Sam created Be Happy Remote to help remote workers and entrepreneurs to navigate this new world of work because we should all be able to DO well and BE well.

Through Be Happy Remote, Sam enables remote and hybrid teams to succeed without sacrificing their well-being. Offering virtual training, DISC coaching, books, and downloadable resources.
