Connect Whistler: Meadow Park Fitness Classes
We’re excited to offer three fun fitness classes at Meadow Park Sports Centre! Please note the times are different for each class.
Wednesday, November 15, 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.: Full Body H.I.I.T with Alex Hartshorne – A full-body interval workout for all levels. This class incorporates bodyweight exercises and cardio interval training to get your body moving and your heart rate up. With an emphasis on form, the aim of this class is to encourage you to love moving your body. No registration required – participation will be first-come, first served.
Thursday, November 16, 1 to 2 p.m.: Strong Core & Glutes with Lou Stevens – Time to get specific with the Glutes and Core and target the body parts that tend to get lazy. This class will focus on corrective work, focusing on those strong foundations to promote healthy glutes and an active core, mobile hips, aiding injury prevention, and making some aesthetic gains! No registration required – participation will be first-come, first served.
Friday, November 17, 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.: Zumba with Carmen Laslett – This class is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ No dance experience is required. Zumba is for all shapes and sizes. No registration required – participation will be first-come, first served.
