Get ready to find your inner zen at our Mindful Movement Class, where we’ll be exploring the power of mindful, meditative movements.
A trauma-informed learning of somatic awareness and gentle movement tools to help individuals feel more grounded in their body and better regulate their nervous system in daily interactions and experiences. These free techniques are suggestions for simple self-regulation, using conscious connected breathing, and gentle floor-based movements accessible to all individuals of varying abilities.
