Want to build up your confidence for how to move & maximize your strength training efforts, both in the gym or at home?
Join the Whistler Women’s Centre to learn the basic movements of strength training & experience the benefit of movement for both your body & mind! This 4 week series starts on May 17 at 5:30 p.m. and is free to attend. Please bring clean indoor gym shoes, comfortable active wear and a water bottle.
