Indigenous Healing Through Smudging: Workshop with Clara John and Barry Dan

We’re honoured to host Clara John and Barry Dan of Lil’wat Nation in leading an informative session about First Nations healing and cleansing processes. Participants are encouraged to come in with open minds in order to receive emotional or spiritual healing.

For individuals who suffer from asthma or have allergies please be aware that the space will be smoky from burning a blend of sweet grass (adapted from Plains people), red cedar, yellow cedar, juniper, pine and sage for smudging purposes.

This session is free to attend, but space is limited! Email publicservices@whistlerlibrary.ca to sign up, max two spots per person. Please provide the name and email address of your plus one when you email us. This workshop is for adults only!
