Mindful Movement with PearlSpace

Get ready to find your inner zen in our Mindful Movement Classes, where we’ll explore the power of mindful, meditative movements with our friends from PearlSpace.

These classes will share trauma-informed learnings of somatic awareness and gentle movement tools to help individuals feel more grounded in their body and better regulate their nervous system in daily interactions and experiences. These techniques are suggestions for simple self-regulation, using conscious, connected breathing and gentle floor-based movements accessible to all individuals of varying abilities.
