Mindfulness for the Holiday Season

The holiday season can be demanding. Whether you’re flat-out busy or finding things a little too quiet, navigating Whistler’s global bustle or juggling personal pressures, December often brings both intensity and strong feelings.

Rebalance by joining us for a replenishing 90-minute holiday meditation experience. In this session, you’ll settle into immersive guided meditations, learn bite-sized mindfulness tools to carry through the season, connect with community, and take part in a virtual mindfulness gift exchange. (No physical gifts required—bring only your goodwill.)

This is a non-denominational practice for all, no matter how you celebrate the season. Adults of all experience levels are welcome. Consider bringing a notebook and pen—and whatever helps you get truly comfortable: a cushion, mat, bolster, blanket, snuggly hoodie, or cozy socks.

Registration is required. Email publicservices@whistlerlibrary.ca to sign up.
