Mindfulness Power Tools
Power up your personal toolkit!
Meditation can be about much more than calming down or quieting the mind. More like a multi-tool than a hammer, mindfulness can serve many functions—including building and strengthening measurable markers of well-being.
This dynamic community workshop will focus on accessible experiences, tools and practices from the area where present-moment mindfulness meditation and evidence-based neuropsychological approaches to well-being overlap. The session will include immersive guided meditation experiences as well as sections of teaching and learning. Consider bringing a notebook and pen!
This workshop is intended as an addition to your wellness toolkit, and not as a replacement for other forms of professional support. If you attended our Summer Skills Series, some of this material will be familiar, but that series is not a pre-requisite for this session! All levels of meditator are welcome. We hope you’ll join us!
