Sleep: Meditation Tools for Better Rest
Having trouble sleeping? You’re far from alone, and mindfulness tools can help. In this one-hour workshop, you’ll learn an array of both traditional and science-backed mindfulness techniques that can offer support and bring relief when navigating sleep challenges. This session is intended as an addition to your wellness toolkit, and is not intended to replace other forms of professional support.
This session is designed for all levels of meditator – beginners are welcome!

About the instructor:
Susan Reifer has practiced meditation for over 30 years. She is a registered yoga teacher and working journalist who has lived in the Whistler area for 20 years.
