Summer Kick-Off Day!

We’re ready to celebrate the summer! Join us on Thursday, June 25 in Florence Petersen Park, inside the library, and on Library Plaza to kick off a great summer of activities.

We’ll have tasty treats and activities galore, listed below! You’ll also be able to pick up your Summer Reading Record.

Schedule of Activities:

11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Craft Station in the Community Room
11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Games in Florence Petersen Park
11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Wonder Lab Open House
12 p.m. Gelato is served! While supplies last, first come, first served, and kids are served first
12 to 3 p.m. Face Painting in Florence Petersen Park
1:30 to 3 p.m. Wonder Lab Open House

Drop by and join the fun! No registration is required for any of our kick-off activities.

This event will go ahead regardless of the weather – activities will move inside if needed! This event is made possible by support from the Friends of the Library and the Library Board of Trustees.
