Tell Your Story: On Record with the Whistler Museum

In celebration of the Resort Municipality of Whistler’s 50th anniversary, the Whistler Museum is seeking stories from the community to create a full picture of life in Whistler. No matter where, when, or what your story is, personal experiences add invaluable information to complement our archival collection. Have a specific story to tell, or want to give us the whole picture? Visit the Whistler Public Library Wonder Lab and share your story!

All sessions will be recorded and added to the Museum collection to be used for internal and external research purposes. Transcripts can be available for review upon request. These stories are meant to be shared, but participants can restrict some content if needed.

Registration is required! Email publicservices@whistlerlibrary.ca to sign up. Participants are welcome to bring someone to help tell their story – just let us know how many will be coming! Sessions are available at the following times:

Monday, September 22
10 to 11 a.m.
11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
1:30 to 2:30 p.m.
3 to 4 p.m.

Tuesday, September 23
11:30 am to 12:30 p.m.
1:30 to 2:30 p.m.
3 to 4 p.m.

Monday, September 29
10 to 11 a.m.
11:30 am to 12:30 p.m.
1:30 to 2:30 p.m.
3 to 4 p.m.
