Have you ever felt something in your body that no one could quite explain?

Joints that ache for no reason. Injuries that don’t quite make sense. Workouts that used to feel easy but now wipe you out. A body that suddenly feels foreign.

Join Tara Findlay, Registered Massage Therapist and menopause educator, as she helps make heads and tails of what fresh hell is happening in our bodies during the menopause transition.

Through humour, stories, practical insights, and current research, Tara will explore the often-overlooked musculoskeletal changes that can occur during perimenopause and menopause, why they happen, and what we can do to help manage them.

You’ll leave with a better understanding of what’s happening in your body, the language to describe it, and practical concepts to help you stay active and doing the things you love.
