Whistler Meditates Summer Skills Series
Power up your personal tool kit! Discover, deepen, or reinvigorate your meditation and mindfulness practice with this summer skills series. Each week will focus on a different set of mindfulness tools and practices, and will also include immersive guided meditation experiences.
This is the first time we’ve offered morning sessions, and we’re excited to meditate with the early birds!
All levels of meditator are welcome.
Registration is required – you may sign up for one, two, or all three sessions! Email publicservices@whistlerlibrary.ca to sign up, and please let us know which dates you’d like to join (August 9, 16, and/or 23).
