Whistler Meditates

Our popular community mindfulness sessions are back for the fall! No matter your level of mindfulness expertise, join us for guided meditations, accessible insights, mindfulness life skills, and a fresh thematic focus each session.

Whether you’re new to mindfulness or a seasoned practitioner, these sessions offer:

  • Traditional and evidence-based mindfulness techniques you can apply to everyday life;
  • Skills to manage stress, deepen self-awareness, cultivate compassion and more deftly navigate your thoughts, feelings, experiences and circumstances;
  • A welcoming, inclusive space where community members new and old come together and grow.

Bring a notebook and pen for reflection, a cushion or blanket for added comfort, and a friend to join in the journey—or simply come as you are.

Registration is required! Email publicservices@whistlerlibrary.ca to sign up. All adults are welcome.

We’re now lending a Meditation Kit as part of our Unusual Items Collection! Click here to learn more or to place a hold on the kit.
