Summer Program Registration

We have an amazing line-up of programs in July and August at Whistler Public Library!

Registration for Summer 2026 opens on Monday, June 15, 2026 at 10 a.m.

Fill out the form below to sign up for any of our programs that require registration.

Space is limited, so we will be in touch as soon as possible to confirm your registration, or let you know about waitlist options!

Please fill out a separate form for each child you are registering for programs. The grades below are as of September 2026 and correspond to the following birth years:

Grade 1 – born in 2020
Grade 2 – born in 2019
Grade 3 – born in 2018
Grade 4 – born in 2017
Grade 5 – born in 2016
Grade 6 – born in 2015
Grade 7 – born in 2014
Grade 8 – born in 2013
Grade 9 – born in 2012
Grade 10 – born in 2011
Grade 11 – born in 2010
Grade 12 – born in 2009

A quick note for families: our Summer Reading Club programs are tailored to specific age groups so kids can get the most out of each session.

A grown-up is required to attend with kids in grades 1 to 3 so that they can participate with their child.

We kindly ask that only registered children within the program age range attend. While we know it’s not always easy, we’re not able to host younger siblings during these programs, as it can be distracting for the parent and the group. Thanks so much for helping us keep things fun and focused for everyone!

Escape Room Timing: If registering for our Escape Room, please indicate your preferred time between 12 and 6 p.m. and we will do our best to accommodate your child. Please note that there are timeslots remaining between 1:15 and 2:30 p.m. and at 3:45 and 5:45 p.m.

We are working to make our programs accessible to all youth. Please let us know how our program facilitators can support your child to participate fully and comfortably.
