Personal information in this form is collected for the purpose of registering children in the Whistler Public Library’s Summer Program, authorized under section 26(e) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.  All information will be collected by the Whistler Public Library and securely stored within SharePoint Online on a Canadian-based server for the period of one year, at which point it will be destroyed.
