Adventures Through Change: Mindset Workshops
What area of your life do you struggle to make change in? What is on the back of your mind when you wake up each morning? What keeps you up at night?
By February, 80% of people of will have given up on their New Year’s Resolutions. (Association of Psychology Newfoundland and Labrador Study)
Despite this fact, the craving for change still exists. It’s human nature to want more, to seek greater health, to feel good. Change happens when we start focusing on our Mindset. Join us for two workshops with Mindset Coach Jess Turner.
Session 1 (Tuesday, February 15):
- Why Mindset Matters Most
- How it impacts your life in ways you can’t see
- The Four Pillars of Mindset
- How to get you started on your mindset journey or take it to the NEXT level
Session 2 (Tuesday, March 15):
- Four tools that can quickly change your life
- What to do when you fall off track
- Why kindness & accountability matter
- Putting it all together & developing an effortless daily practice

About the Facilitator:
With a background in personal training & nutrition, Jess Turner got curious about why people struggle with achieving their health goals. She’s taken a deep dive into Mindset & now brings this into her coaching. Both our mind & muscles can be strengthened. Born & raised on the west coast of BC, Jess loves to play in the mountains and to challenge what is possible for herself & her clients.
