Since we first unveiled our Small Meeting Rooms in early 2023, we have heard the same question from many patrons: “Can I book this space in advance?”
Well, our answer finally has an update, and that new answer is “yes!”
As of Wednesday, May 15, you will be able to use a Small Meeting Room by booking only.
Here’s what you need to know:
- To complete your booking you will need a valid library card – if you don’t have one, signing up is easy!
- You can book a maximum of 2 hours per day.
- To keep access to these spaces as equitable as possible, there is a maximum of 3 bookings per week, per person.
- Bookings are available during library open hours and can be made as far as 14 days in advance.
- Library users of any age are welcome to make a booking and use these spaces.
You can get started now using our online booking calendar to reserve space on or after May 15.
The calendar can always be accessed from the homepage of our website, by clicking on the blue square that says, “Book a Small Meeting Room”.
